| People frequently ask me for help building their own Solar Death Ray. For liability purposes, I'm not giving people tips on how to build something fairly dangerous. Despite my unhelpfulness, people drive forward and succeed in making their own death rays. These are some of the Solar Death Rays of the world! | Here is a death ray built by Jonny C. and his girlfriend. Their SDR has 118 3"x3" mirrors mounted on a 4'x4' board, with the focal point ~4' from the board. |
